I have never dealt with an online company who is so unreliable & took more than 2 months to deliver an item. They kept blaming it on logistics but they didn’t even ship my item until at-least 7 weeks after I placed the order. I told them it was for my daughters birthday in March which is why I ordered it in January but it didnt arrive til 7 April. They first blamed it on Chinese new year which hadnt even taken place until 2wks after I placed my order. Then they blamed it on logistics. From when the item was placed with the courier company, it took average time to arrive which was normal for the shipping companies. The problem wasn’t with the shipping company, it was with this shop. I will never buy from them again.
